Nuvoland Philippines, Inc. (NPI) is a boutique real estate development firm that was established and incorporated in 2006, lead by Mr. Menardo Jimenez of GMA 7 and Mr. Kevin Belmonte of the Philippine Star. The Infinity Tower, located in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig is Nuvoland's first successful development. It is a 48-storey, mixed-use (residences and offices) skyscraper, regarded as one of the tallest buildings in the area. Nuvoland turned over the office tower in 2007 and the residential tower in December 2011. Nuvoland takes pride in introducing innovation in its developments to deliver well-appointed concepts for the urban market.
